Twin Cities Rotaract's activities expand members’ understanding of the work environment and business opportunities within their community. Leadership development activities aim not only to make members more effective leaders in their personal lives but also to teach them how to develop and sustain a strong Rotaract club. Through our take a Rotarian to Lunch program, our club offers Rotarian mentors to enhance Rotaractors’ professional development by providing practical advice on entering the business world and on overcoming vocational challenges in their desired profession.
Every month Rotaract offers guest speakers from local businesses and organizations who share their experiences, trials and tribulations that led to their successful careers. Speakers help members and guests better understand how to position themselves for advancement.
Build upon your skill-set in leadership, business development and much more by volunteering for one of our Committees or become a Committee Chair.
Today's employers look for motivated and well trained candidates. Take advantage of all TCR offers in professional development and make sure your resume stays at the top of the pile.
